My Son Holy Land
We will arrive to receive you at the hotel and drive you to My Son Holy Land to begin the day tour. One of the primary parts of the Central Vietnam is this location. Therefore, My Son served as the former spiritual hub of the Cham people and the former Champa Empire. Numerous red brick castles and sanctuaries from the seventh and thirteenth centuries can be seen in a lush green valley of this fascinating place.
We will tour My Son to observe the skill and magnificent building art of the Champa people. We will also understand how Cham people constructed the temples without using mortar or cement. The temples are surprisingly still standing strong despite having been constructed in the seventh century. My Son is made up of numerous groups of A, B, C, D, G, E, F, and H, many of which are undergoing restoration. When you visit My Son, you will breathe in the fresh air of the forest and immerse yourself in the lush beauty of nature.
Afterwards, we will enjoy Cham dance show to know about Cham culture. We then proceed back to Hoi An.
Hoi An Ancient Town
After that, we return to Hoi An so you can eat lunch there. Following up on is take a trip through the historic district of Hoi An in the afternoon, visiting the Chinese Assembly Hall, the ancient homes of Tan Ky and Quan Thang, and the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge. As a result, we will have a thorough grasp of how the three Oriental architectural styles of China, Vietnam, and Japan were combined. We also go to the central market in Hoi An to get a better way of the life of the locals. After that, we return you to the hotel.
Day 3: Marble Mountains – Hue city
Marble Mountains
In the morning, we come to collect you up from the hotel and take you to Hue ancient capital. We will stop at the Marble Mountains along the journey. These five marble peaks are thought to stand for five Chinese elements of water, wood, fire, metal, and earth.
Upon arriving, we ascend some stairs and visit the neighboring Linh Ung temple and large Buddha statue as well as the Xa Loi pagoda. Next is Van Thong cave and final to the most beautiful Huyen Khong cave, which served as a hospital during the war, will be our next stop. Climb stairs to have a good view of the marble village.
The tour continues with a pleasant drive through Da Nang city before arriving to Hai Van Pass, often known as the Pass of the Ocean Clouds. As we travel along this beautiful pass route, we’ll stop a few times to take pictures of the pass and of Lang Co beach.
Arrive at Hue, we will begin Hue city tour with a sightseeing to Hue Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This magnificent citadel has a 500 hectare size and a system of three rounds of ramparts: Citadel, Imperial city and Forbidden city. After that, we have a stroll and view some of highlights here such as Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Royal Theatre, and Truong Sanh Temples. After that, we’ll take you out for lunch at a neighborhood eatery before going to the Thien Mu Pagoda, which serves as Hue’s unofficial symbol.
Thien Mu Pagoda, which is situated on a tiny hill with a view of the Perfume River, is a sacred site for Buddhists in Hue and the surrounding area. This was where Superior Thich Quang Duc drove his car for his self-immolation in Saigon in 1963.
Following that is a visit to the Tu Duc Tomb, which was constructed between 1864 and 1867 and features Buddism and Confucianism ideas of construction. The mausoleum is one of the primary tourist attractions in Hue, located in a lush garden with numerous temples and lakes.
